POLICY

 

1. 7-DAY QUALITY COMMITMENT

Any issues arising will be fixed complimentary within first seven (7) days starting from day of service: 
*Example: Gel polish/dip powder is chipping, peeling, and/or cracking. Acrylic/gel extension is chipping, lifting, and/or cracking…
*All repairs will be done using original nail polish color and/or design
*All debit/credit charge card payment will be subject to processing fee
***NOTE: Please make sure you are satisfied with the length/shape/color/design before to coat is applied. We are unable to make any changes once service is complete. All service sales are final. Thank you!

 

2. GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are not returnable or refundable.

We are not responsible if your Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, or destroyed.

 

3. CLIENT WELLNESS

If you are feeling unwell (fever, cold, flu, infections), we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

If any open wounds, fungus or infections are present, we may refuse service for your safety and that of others.

Please inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions before starting a service.

 

4. PETS

Other than service animals, pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the salon. To protect our clients more susceptible to allergens, NO animals of any kind are permitted in the salon at any time. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns.

 

5. SALON ENVIRONMENT

We understand that sometimes you must take calls while in the salon. We ask that you please set cell phones to low volume. Communication via FaceTime (or the like), or speaker phone is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.

 

6. CHILDREN SAFETY

We love to do children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. Due to insurance liability, hazardous chemicals, products, and sharp implements within the salon environment are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin.

If you have children not receiving nail services, please DO NOT bring small children to your appointment. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We do not have the facilities to care for children. ALWAYS supervise your child after they receive the service.

7. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Is rude or disrespectful to staff or other clients

  • Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Displays disruptive or inappropriate behavior

Please help us maintain a relaxing atmosphere for everyone.
